Beer brands Pilsner Urquell and Peroni Nastro Azzurro had some winning marketing activation programmes in the UK, but implementation in other countries was not achieving the same level of success.
We worked closely with the UK market to analyse in detail how they were implementing the programmes, and what was driving their success. This led us to codify the activation programmes into a series of step-by-step best-practice toolkits, which included everything local markets needed to adapt and implement the programmes for their markets.
