Communications Strategy: Europe
The European Food Information Council (EUFIC) have a mission to provide scientifically proven information on food/nutrition to consumers, media and influencers. However, their messaging was being drowned out in a sea of dietary misinformation from other sources, who were more skilful at packaging their inaccurate claims about food and diet into simplistic and appealing communication.
We coached the EUFIC team on the fundamentals of how consumers receive and interpret information and developed a messaging and communication strategy which gave them a more engaging and user-friendly way to communicate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.
